Outstanding Service by Jamie, Alex, and Joeol

I had a great experience with Jamie, Alex, and Joeol for our apartment maintenance and renovations. They were not only friendly and professional but also did flawless work. What really impressed me was how they cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. Highly recommend them for their top-notch service and attention to detail.

anna property manager

she is very down to earth women always help full very polite all the staff is great never face any problem from the staff such a beautiful community to live in .and anna is great at her job no complaints

Good

It’s been approximately 2 weeks and I must say the staff have been warm, welcoming and professional. Also, the rapt response to maintenance is good. Welldone and keep it up!

Amazing place to call home

As a Tennant for 5 years this is the most experienced property manager she keeps Tennants informed about everything and issues come up she is on it before it becomes an issue very helpful and really knows here position here and friendly will work out any issues you have even if on her own time believe me she helped me out her own time

Great Management Recommend!!

Monroe house is great. I just moved in here on Aug 24th. I got all the help from the apartment that i needed. ‘Anna’ the property manager is super helpful and sweet. I moved in from New Mexico and never looked at the apartment. But she helped find the best apartment with must have requirements. My move in went really smooth. The apartment is very clean and nice community. All the grocery stores are in walking distance. Recommend!!

Welcome and Beautiful!

I have been living here in the Monroe House community since I moved to Columbus in 2016. Immediately, when Champion took over as property owners, changes were in the works! From placing signage around the community to remodeling the office space and apartments, it definitely feels more like a home now! Anna has been absolutely amazing from the moment she introduced herself! Always keeping up communications, I have definitely seen an increase of media across my inbox and social media platforms! Thank you Champion! Thanks you Anna for improving the living experience here! 10 out of 10 recommended!

Great Place to Live

I appreciate the care the maintenance crew takes to keep the outside areas clean. They are friendly and offer to assist if needed. You feel comfortable that they listen and care about the residents. They are working hard to finish renovations however they take the time to say hello and assist if needed. Thanks Guys!!

this is a great place to live

The staff is great. Anna assisted with setting up my new account as I signed a lease for another year. The help was much appreciated. My kitchen and bath was renovated and other upgrades to my apartment were completed and cleaned up with in two days. The maintenance team are efficient and so helpful. Thank you.

Great Place!

Nathen and Jamie were extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all the questions I had and a few that I didn’t know I had. The renovations are amazing!! I highly recommend for anyone in the market. They are putting in a lot of work to make the Monroe House better too.
